The location is good and excellent very close to restaurants, all locations and London, and the rooms are big size. It's around 10-15 minutes walk from The Marketplace were I tried dinner, enjoyed this place. Has comfortable bed, slept well.

We loved the convenient location, just a stone's throw away from the underground and bus stop. It made exploring London so easy, especially for us friends who enjoy going out at night. the nearby Portabello Road was a great bonus too. Plus, the apartment comfortably accommodated four people with two double beds, perfect for our group. the cleanliness was impressive, and the thoughtful touches like complimentary wine, milk, and coffee were much appreciated. the kitchen was well-equipped, and the apartment even had a nice backyard. it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Felt super comfortable, no reason to complain.

Great place to stay in London!
In general: The property is maintained very well. I stayed many months last year and would definitely stay again if given the opportunity. Nicely furnished, close to Underground and Bus stop in a busy, vibrant area. Easy access to transportation for site seeing. The accommodations are large with exceptional kitchen areas fully equipped for when you want to purchase items at the local Farmer's Market and prepare the freshest food in London. Close to Portobello Market, Westbourne Grove and several Organic shops. The neighborhood is filled with friendly, helpful people who make up the local community.

I loved the charming and cozy decor of the apartment, it felt just like home! The common areas were easily accessible, with well-maintained elevators and wide corridors that made it convenient for senior people like me to move around. It really made my stay comfortable and enjoyable.
I would have appreciated if the children working there had been more attentive and responsive to our needs. A better vacation for senior people would have been possible with a little more assistance and support from the staff.

The location is really convenient, with easy access to the underground station. It allows for smooth commuting around the city. the apartment itself is spacious, clean, and bigger than expected. the staff was helpful in resolving any issues during check-in.
There were instances of lack of communication and maintenance issues throughout the stay.

Great central location, close to all major attractions and easily accessible by public transport. the apartment was clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, making it easy to prepare meals. the backyard was a nice bonus, providing a relaxing outdoor space to unwind.
There were some issues with maintenance and communication. the apartment had some maintenance problems, such as broken interior walls and a bathroom sink plug that didn't work properly.

My recent stay at Oxford Gardens Apartments was a mixed experience. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transportation and interesting neighborhood. The apartment itself had a nice patio and garden, which was a pleasant surprise. Megi from Urban Stay was quite helpful and made sure we were comfortable during our stay. The bed linen was also excellent quality.
There were a few drawbacks. The state of cleanliness was subpar, with dirty windows and a lobby in need of a good cleaning.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
